How much experience do you have doing 3D drawings?
We have over 2 years experience creating 3D pool and landscape renderings. We started in 2014 and have completed over 400 renderings for our clients.
What are your payment terms?
Typically, payment is due upon completion of renderings. We require upfront payment for the first project. After we have built a healthy relationship with your company, no deposit will be required. We are flexible to work out payment terms with your company. Generally, most clients pay upon completion of renderings after the final revisions have been posted. We accept Credit/Debit Card, ACH, and Checks.
Why do I need 3D Renderings?
Many customers have trouble visualizing your landscape, paver, or pool design. A simple 2D sketch sometimes isn’t enough. With 3D renderings, customers can visualize the design you are trying to communicate with them. 3D renders boost sales closing ratios by 40-50% on average.
I'm interested, but how does it work?
Here is what we need to start:
- A few pictures of the house/area to be designed (cell phone images work great)
- The address of the property. 90% of the time we are able to pull the measurements from satellite images.
- A sketch (or a detailed description) of the design you want to do, including plant types, pavers, colors, etc.
After the renderings are completed, we will upload the files to our server for review and revisions. If all is well, we will request payment for the project.
What is your average turn-around time for 3D Renderings?
Usually 1-3 business days. Large and more detailed projects usually take 3-5 business days (this is more common for commercial and high dollar projects).
Are you from a big company?
No. We are a small architectural design firm located in Jacksonville, FL. The owner is Roman Kravets. He has a background in Web Design and Internet Marketing. We believe in building professional business relationships with our clients, keeping our promises and working with integrity and character.
